Atelier Regolith, as a fresh start up we have taken significant care to present ourselves in the best light, to prove our attention to detail and quality of work. Below we have listed some of the efforts we have gone through to assure our clients we are committed to a professional and quality service.
Uniform- We do not bind our staff to a specific uniform in order to allow their expression of their individual characters, and creativity. Instead we ask our staff to follow our dress code of smart work wear within the office and practical work wear on site, this allows our company image a professionalism to be shown in parallel with the individuality of our staff.
Communications and branding- Atelier Regolith takes pride in our image and what we stand for. At the conception of the practice we made a significant effort to make an instantly recognisable logo for the practice which reflects our image and ethos.
We have moved away from paper communications in the practice to reduce the carbon footprint, instead we use solely digital and face to face communication techniques, this includes our business cards which our digital and generated through QR codes. Our digital communications will always come from our company email addresses for individual staff or the general office address, if we are contacting you via phone this will always be from a company landline or mobile.
Our invoices will always be prompt and accurate and follow a set template we have designed to fit our buildings and processes.
Website- The first thing we did when setting up our practice was to create a website using WIX. As creative designers we followed the processes and ideas we go through when designing our buildings to create our website which reflects the companies values and ideas.
In office- The Atelier Regolith Office is located at, The Granary, Church Lane, Thrumpton, Nottingham, NG11 0AX. You can read all about it in the blog post ‘Our Home’. We acquired the granary to facilitate all our research, processes, and meetings. The office is equipped with all the equipment, materials and resources we will need to create and represent your designs in the most effective ways.
On site- you will notice our employees in their specifically braded Atelier Regolith PPE including Hi-Vis Jackets and hard hats. Our site director uses an iPad and iPhone to capture progress on site and alter any design decisions that are needed. Using this mixture of manual and digital techniques allows for efficient and easy alterations and collaborations. When attending site, we will ensure all needed and relevant material is accessible to facilitate conversations in situ, where possible we are aiming to reduce our carbon footprint so we will aim to use energy efficient transport, public transport or walk to site where possible.
