All Atelier Regoliths employees and directors have no difference in pay due to gender, race, background, or sexuality, etc. but differ depending on experience and job role. We advertise our roles widely but encourage people of all backgrounds including minority groups to apply to ensure equal opportunities and the best work is produced by the practice.

We require our suppliers to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations and codes. From time to time implement due diligence procedures for their own supply chains to ensure that there is no inequality or neglect within the overall network.

SECTION 4: Communication and awareness of the policy

Our policies will be made available to all our staff, clients and supply chain through our website. Our Staff will have the opportunity to attend education programs on how to recognize racism and inequality and how to combat and report real cases of this safely.

All our policies will also be included in our Employee Handbook.
