Why Choose Us?

The reasons to put your trust in our hands!

In 2028 Nottingham and the UK are committed to fighting global warming and have produced regulations to ensure buildings are conforming to carbon neutral designs. At Infinity studios, we specialise in Carbon Neutral building and use a circular economy for our materials to ensure we do not contribute carbon to the environment. This means we will be granted planning permission where other Firms may struggle to recieve approval.

We have three main management systems that help us categorise our projects; small scale, medium scale and large scale projects, each using sustainable materials that fit into the circular economy. All components pre-fabricated and are designed so they can be installed or deconstructed in minimal time.

How we deal with your demand

Small Scale

Our small scale projects are usually constructed with WISA spruce ply, birch or OSB Smartply panels. However, we are always open to new technology and new sustainable materials, as long as the material can fit through a CNC machine we can make it into a panel! Our small scale builds usually don’t need proper foundations as they are very light. However, if a foundation is needed we tend to use metal screw piles as these can be easily re-used.

Medium Scale

These are our most common projects, we primarily use engineered timber (glulam, CLT) for the structure. We also are recently starting to use cork blocks to build walls and roofs to these structures. Cork is extremely sustainable and fits into the circular economy.

Large Scale

Our large scale buildings again are built out of glulam and CLT. Due to size and regulations, we currently still use concrete for the foundations but apart from this, the rest of the building is made with engineered timber and other recycled materials in the secondary and tertiary structure.
