David is Head Administrative and Head in Finance at Pacha, he enjoys designing communities for a better future.

Panayiota is the Research and Finance executive at Pacha Studies who specializes in theoretical and consultant work, focusing on knowing the site and the area as well as providing strategic and financial guidance to ensure that the company’s financial commitments are met.

Joshua is the Public Relations officer for Pacha and is also in charge of all Social Media to do with the company and its interaction with the public. His background in sustainability has also proven invaluable to the company, stitching new buildings alongside sensitive heritage assets.

Nicholas is our Head of Design Control. Nick oversees the design of our co-housing schemes and ensures all work is done to a high quality through the constant integration and collaboration of our members

Dr Sharaaz-Yusuf Ahmed is in control of the design ethos here at Pacha Studios. His job is to make sure that we achieve our best and stick to our ethos in every possible solution to make sure the outcome is as we promised. A loving cohousing project which builds strong communities within itself.
