Hybrid housing project with a focus on Co-Housing within the masterplan. This was powerful due to the location of the site, which bordered Nottingham's famous Sneinton Market. By considering a choosing approach, this effectively becomes an extension of the market.

The Great Northern Railway project was designed to create a 3L building; Lose fit, Long Life and low energy, ensuring that the building can have a different function over time without a major change within the building. Within this project there was a smaller project looking at the technical details on how the new building will connect to the old to ensure it is safe for the visitors.

The Hybrid housing project was based within Nottingham, this project focused on ensuring the building has two functions, both accommodation and another function. Within this project there was an master4plan b being produced to create a better surrounding area for the Hybrid House.
