GNR Project

The aim of this project was to create a '3L' (Loose fit, long life and low energy) building within the walls of the GNR building. Throughout the design process, Panayota Kyriakou looked at creating an intervention that reflects the design go the GNR building in regards to geometry and proportion looking closely at the symmetry of the design. She also aimed to create a sustainable design as the 3L states, she believed that a 3L building focuses greatly on the sustainability of the design from choosing the right materials through to designing for lighting and heat.
