Co-Housing

A new hub for Nottingham’s residents and visitors, Victoria Terrace bridges the divide between the city centre and it’s eastern periphery. No longer an area of neglect, this new development pulls the idyllic greenery of Victoria Park into the urban landscape and towards the newly master-planned area south of Brook Street.

Taking advantage of the natural slope of the existing site, a new park has been built level with Bath Street, which extends over and around a relaxing, European-inspired square and it’s connecting alleyways.

Surrounded by new housing, restaurants, cafes, and a community centre, the public square attracts visitors from the city and through the main archway, leading to an intimate and lively centre for eating, drinking, and spending time with friends.

The architecturally intense setting is perfect for encouraging exploration through the site, eventually leading the visitor towards Victoria Park and the areas of St Ann’s and Sneinton beyond
